The story starts with Sushrut’s (Aayush Sharma) teacher who meets his parents and refunds his tuition fee as Sushrut is very unambitious. His father is always tired of asking him to look towards his future but he wants to open a garba academy. At the same time, Michelle (Warina Hussain) is a very good student in her college in London.
She and her father, Sameer(Ronit Roy) are fooled by their relatives by a fake heart attack to bring them to Baroda. They plan to stay there for 9 days until the festival of Navratri. At Garba, Sushrut sees Michelle and falls in love with her at the first sight.
His best friends find out her information from her relative Khusboo. With his uncle’s (Ram Kapoor) advice he plans to charm Michelle. While performing garba, Michelle accidentally hits Sushrut’s eye and he fakes injury.
She calls him and asks for forgiveness. Sushrut acts as if he was deeply injured. He spends time with Michelle and they become good friends after Sushrut reveals that he faked eye injury.
Once, Michelle takes him to her mother’s NGO, which shut down after her death.Earlier father, went to London to earn money to support her mother’s dreams but could not come back due to his business and immigration issues. Mischelle reveals her dream of reopening the NGO and her actual name is Manisha. Her dad changed it after she came to London post her mom’s death.
