Kisaan (2009) Plot Summary
Widower farmer Dayal Singh, based in Palheri, witnesses the exploitation of farmers by Zamindars. He sends his elder son Aman to the city to become a lawyer, while his younger son Jiggar stays to help farm. Years later, Sohan Seth arrives wanting to buy the land.
Aman returns to help, but Jiggar is arrested and sentenced to five years. After release, Jiggar finds his father paralyzed, farmers committing suicide, and Aman working for Sohan. The story follows their struggle against injustice.
